Admission:

Admission to the event is free

Contest Participation:

Participation fees $20 for each contest will be charged at the time of registration.

Stage Performance:

Participation fees $10 for each participant performaing on stage.

There will be Spelling Bee, Rangoli and Coloring Contests and fun-filled Cultural Programs on the day of event.

The above link lets you submit your RSVP and register for Spelling Bee, Coloring and Rangoli contests. It also gives you an option to sign up as a volunteer or sign up your child for YouthHelp team.

The due date to register for Spelling Bee, Coloring and Rangoli Contests is 22-Jan-2026 at 5:00 PM ET. However we recommend you to register as soon as possible.

We are looking for adult and youth volunteers (grade 7 or above) to help with setup, organize contests and grade test papers. There are two slots on each day. Event coordinators will reach out to you for preferred area of interest. Signup Youth Volunteer

Fun & Entertainment

There will be cultural programs with Indian traditional dances, film songs, music and much more.

Teacher Excellence "Guiding Star Award"

High school or Middle school or Primary school students from the state of Massachusetts are invited to nominate teachers who have positively influenced their lives. The teacher can belong to Primary or Middle or High School.
