Admission There is NO admission fee for this event. Admission is strictly by RSVP only.

There will be Science Poetry, BSAT, Science Fair, Robot Model Building Contest,Art Contest,Rangoli Contest,Coloring Contests and fun-filled Cultural Programs.

Registration & submission due dates:

The due date to register for Art & Rangoli contests: 28-Feb-2019.

The due date to register for Science Fair experiment: 30-Mar-2019.

The due date to register for STEAM Talk Contest: 05-Apr-2019.

The STEM Talk video submission deadline: 06-Apr-2019 midnight.

The due date to registering all other contests is 15-Apr-2019. However, we recommend you to register as soon as possible.

Cultural Programs & Stage Performances
There will be cultural programs with Indian traditional dances, film songs, music and much more.

Currently the performance registration process is closed.

Science Fair
Bighelp Science Fair is a day of hands-on science activities for students of all grades. The event will include experiments to represent many different facets of science.

Snacks & Dinner
Pizza, snacks, drinks, tea and coffee will be provided for nominal price.
